The location offers an abundance of activities, whether it’s a day spent swimming, snorkelling or stand-up paddle boarding at one of many beaches on Georgraphe Bay or exploring the walking or mountain bike trails in the reserve.

Stepping into Meelup Forest Retreat, you’re greeted with an immediate sense of space and warmth. The combination of modern and mid-century furniture with a backdrop of native peppermint trees is complemented by thoughtfully chosen artwork that enhances the home’s inviting atmosphere.

On the ground floor, the master bedroom provides a peaceful sanctuary with its king-sized bed and well-appointed en-suite, which includes a spacious bath, double vanity, and separate toilet.

The open-plan living area is the heart of the home, seamlessly connecting the lounge, dining space, and kitchen. The kitchen, equipped with a gas cooktop, and electric oven and large walk-in pantry, is ideal for creating delicious meals which can be enjoyed at the extra-large dining table. The outdoor patio is perfect for summer evenings, offering a view of the secure garden where children can play freely while you overlook the forest or cook up a meal on the large inbuilt barbeque.

The upper floor is designed for both relaxation and family togetherness. Two additional queen bedrooms and a kids’ room with two king-single bunk beds provide comfortable sleeping arrangements, all sharing a well-sized family bathroom. A large movie room with an 80 inch TV and surround sound system on this floor is a great spot to unwinding, complete with access to a small balcony offering ocean views.

Throughout the home, comfort is ensured with split-system air conditioning on both floors It also has Wi-Fi, a large laundry room, and a collection of board games, jigsaw puzzles, lego and books to keep everyone entertained.
