QUINDALUP BEACH HOUSE

Relax with the Relaxed Coastal Living Moments from Geographe Bay. Tucked away in a peaceful pocket of Quindalup and just moments from the beautiful waters of Geographe Bay, Quindalup Beach House is a relaxed three-bedroom coastal retreat designed for easy South West holidays.

Full of character, the home combines classic limestone walls, soaring pitched ceilings and exposed timber beams with generous indoor and outdoor spaces. Surrounded by established trees and lawns, it has the laid-back feel of a true Dunsborough beach house — somewhere families and friends can settle in, slow down and enjoy being by the coast.

The space

At the heart of the home is the impressive open-plan living and dining area. High vaulted ceilings and natural limestone create a wonderful sense of space, while large windows fill the room with natural light and frame the surrounding greenery.

Two generous lounges provide plenty of room for everyone to relax, with a wood-burning fireplace creating a particularly inviting atmosphere during the cooler South West months.

The adjoining dining area features a large timber table ideal for long family meals, while the spacious kitchen includes extensive bench space, breakfast-bar seating, dishwasher and everything needed for an easy self-catered stay.

Large sliding doors connect the living area with the outdoor spaces, making it easy to move between inside and out throughout the warmer months.

Bedroom Configuration

Quindalup Beach House comfortably accommodates up to eight guests across three bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: Queen bed
Bedroom 2: 2 x Queen beds
Bedroom 3: Queen bed

The home includes two bathrooms, providing plenty of convenience for families or groups travelling together. One bathroom includes a bathtub and separate shower, making it particularly practical for families with younger children.

Outdoor Living

Outside, the home is surrounded by generous lawns, established trees and leafy gardens, creating plenty of room for children to play or for guests to simply relax beneath the shade.

A covered outdoor entertaining area provides a lovely setting for breakfast in the morning sun, a leisurely lunch or an evening glass of local wine after a day at the beach.

The Location

One of greatest attractions of Quindalup Beach House is its location, Quindalup Beach and its calm turquoise waters are only moments away, making it easy to start the morning with a swim, walk along the beach or simply wander down to the shoreline with the family. Dunsborough’s cafés, restaurants, boutiques and supermarkets are also just a short drive away, while the wineries, breweries, beaches and attractions of the Margaret River Region can all be easily explored from the property.

Whether your days are spent swimming in Geographe Bay, exploring nearby wineries, discovering the coastline or simply relaxing around the house, QBH offers an easy and wonderfully comfortable base for your South West escape.

Linen

Linen is optional and if required please ensure to order at checkout stage. Linen packs will include: Beds made up with top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, bathroom towels, bath mat, and hand towels.

Linen costs are $30 per person.
